The Brimstone Condominiums offer clean, comfortable 2 bedroom - 3 bath and 1 bedroom - 2 bath and two different loft units as well. Each spacious condominium has a fully equipped kitchen , direct-dial phone, color cable TV with a VCR, fireplace and a full sized washer & dryer. We also have an on-site jacuzzi.

This split level family home has a spacious open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area that is perfect for groups and gatherings. From our front deck you can enjoy spectacular views of Durango's famous red cliffs and fourteen thousand foot peaks or watch as the Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad travels through the valley. The cozy living area invites you to relax in our reclining leather couches in front of a crackling fire. There are four bedrooms downstairs, three with queen beds and one with twin beds. The spacious master suite is upstairs and has a travertine two person walk-in shower and a small private deck. The middle bathroom has a recessed soaking tub in front of a picture window overlooking the back yard. Durango Mountain Resort is only a 20 minute drive away and 5 minutes down the road is Trimble Hot Springs and Spa with an Olympic sized pool.

The Durango Mine Shaft is conveniently located 10 miles north of Durango and only 15 miles from Durango Mountain Resort. Nestled in the tall pines, the house sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a gourmet kitchen complete with a Viking stove and granite countertops, as well as a hot tub to warm you up apres ski!
